What is Cyber Bullying? Who Are The Victims? How Can it Be Prevented? What Are Your Rights?

I have researched Cyber Bullying quite a bit and I urge everyone to make themselves familiar with this topic.
Cyber bullying is defined as when a person uses technology to embarrass, harass, intimidate, threaten or otherwise cause harm to other individuals. It is similar to traditional forms of bullying but has a new arena, Cyber Space.

The victims can be anyone who uses technology no matter age, race, or gender. Teens are the most affected by Cyber Bullying because of the popularity of Social Networking sites.

Education on Cyber Bullying is the most effective form of prevention. Understanding what Cyber Bullying is can help parents be aware of what their children are doing on the internet.

They're have already been several proposed bills on Cyber Bullying in several states. Some states have already delegated authority to school districts to properly prevent and punish Cyber Bullying incidents.

This blog was made to encourage people to take action in all states and vote for bills that suggest the regulation and proper punishment of Cyber Bullying and Bullying in general.
